Our specialization
With a big 18-metre square floor space, the cabins space has many uses. The model shown is our “standard model”; 2 windows placed anywhere you’d like and one standard door
Architecture
The traditional rectangle, for most people, is a familiar shape for adding space to growing families or simply extra garaging/storage requirements. Our cabins can be stacked, merged, or whatever your creative architect can design.
Power supply
We sell the cabins powerless, but for an extra fee of $2000 we can power the unit with your specifications for socket placements,
Planning your cabin
We can make a cabin from scratch, tailor it to your space needs, and arrange the Hiab to transport to its new location.
Interlock Flooring
We can provide German made interlock flooring to make the finish of the cabin look stunning and give long-lasting protection.
Transporting the cabins
These cabins have lifting lugs so it’s very easy for the Hiab transporter to take it away and straight onto the work site or section
FAQ
“Do I need council consent to have this on my property?” – No, this is a removable building so you do not need consent. However, if you decide to have an upgrade of a bathroom which is required to be plumbed in then yes, you will need council consent.
“Are they insulated?” – Yes, all our Cabins are insulated. We would like to ensure you stay nice and warm! The walls, roof and the floor have a special insulation foil below to keep you toasty warm during these cold winters.
“Are these transportable? Can I move them up the coast, or throughout NZ?” – Yes, these cabins can be moved anywhere! You will need to consider that a large truck is required to have access to the site where you would like the cabin to be placed. Also consider overhanging tress and quality of the road access. Any relocation costs will be at the customers expense and not included in the overall pricing.
“How long till I can get my cabin?” – The sooner you place your order, the sooner you will get your cabin.
